Off-ice classes help skaters develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination to enhance their on-ice performance. Through exercises like strength training, stretching, and agility drills, skaters improve their technique, control, and injury prevention.
Make sure to bring a water bottle, off ice spinner, yoga mat, jump rope, tennis shoes, and a positive attitude to class!
Register here – Classes will be held on Thursdays after club ice from 5:45 – 6:15 on September 10; October 8, 15, 22 (class at 5:30 on October 22)
There are no classes on September 17, 24; October 1
Classes are $32 for the entire contract session ($8 per class for 4 classes) or $10/class if paying per class.
