Off-ice classes help skaters develop strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination to enhance their on-ice performance. Through exercises like strength training, stretching, and agility drills, skaters improve their technique, control, and injury prevention.
Make sure to bring a water bottle, off ice spinner, yoga mat, jump rope, tennis shoes, and a positive attitude to class!

Classes are $56 for the entire contract session ($8 per class for 7 classes) or $10/class if paying per class.
